We take our barbecue seriously. We don’t bake meat, smother it in sauce and call it barbecue. We put the time and love that it takes to make authentic southern pit barbecue. All of our pit smoked meat is cooked with Pecan wood over many hours.
You all might think we specialize in hot dogs and hamburgers when you see the word BBQ. But what we actually bring are plates of tender and tasty ribs,pulled pork sandwiches, brisket, chicken and so much more. Whether it is for a small gathering or for a herd of heifers we will bring it to you throughout Southern California and Orange County.
